We are so grateful for the wonderful service you provided to us at the Deaf Conference. The food was out of this world but the kindness of you and your staff was just mind boggling. We have been vegetarians for over 7 years now and have never had anyone as accommodating like you and your staff were. We can't even find the words to express how much that touched our hearts (and stomachs) because it showed you cared. . . . Most conference food service people will not make any concessions and you either eat what they provide or go hungry. . . .You made us feel special as opposed to feeling like freaks and for that we are so grateful. |

Chef Matt cooked for us for a family party of about 30 people. He was wonderful! We had some ideas about what food we wanted, and he worked with our needs and offered dishes which really complimented the menu. He was pleasant, hardworking, and cleaned up after himself in my kitchen. The food was not only yummy , it was attractive (even for our casual style party). He was easy to work with and creative. His energy and love of food and cooking was obvious. We would highly recommend his chef services. |

Deaf Chef Matt provided exceptional culinary delights and a fine service at our son's high school graduation party. The hors d'oeuvres were delicious and appealing to the eye. The desserts were heavenly and luscious! We were able to relax and enjoy serving our guests. Matt's personal chef service was splendid and he is Deaf! We can sign with him in ASL! |
